3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours on business days.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Flatka is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If you notice an error, please contact our support team urgently — we’ll assist if the parcel has not yet been shipped.

We want you to love your Flatka shapewear.
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your unused item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

Hygiene protection must be intact (for bodysuits, briefs, shorts)

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear.

If you need a different size, simply request a return and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace it at no extra cost.
6. Return Address
For security and anti-fraud purposes, the return address is not displayed publicly.
