  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link

Every order is shipped with tracking.
You will receive the tracking link automatically by email as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
Flatka is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Address changes requested after dispatch

  • Carrier inability to deliver due to missing details

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately โ€” we can assist only if your order has not yet shipped.

If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available:

  • Your parcel may be left in a safe place,

  • Or taken to a local collection point,

  • Or scheduled for re-delivery depending on the carrier.
