At Flatka, your satisfaction matters.
If your shapewear isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return and how refunds are processed.


💛 1. Our 14-Day “Happy or Refund” Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

We gladly refund items that meet the return conditions listed below.


📦 2. Return Conditions

To keep our products hygienic and safe for all customers, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

  • Hygiene liners and protective seals must remain intact

  • No marks, stains, stretching, perfume, or signs of wear

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Flatka reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.


✉️ 3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Short explanation (optional)

Once your request is approved, our team will send you:

  • The return instructions

  • The correct return address
    (The return address is not publicly displayed to prevent misuse.)


💳 4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing: 3–7 business days after validation.

Important notes:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Refund will not be issued for items returned worn or damaged


🔄 5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
For a different size or colour, simply:

  1. Request a refund for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and accurate stock availability.


🛠️ 6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.


📬 7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked service to avoid lost parcels.


📍 8. Refund Eligibility Clarification

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Worn or used shapewear

  • Items returned without hygiene protection

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Returns requested after the 14-day period

  • Non-returnable promotional items (if clearly stated)
